Cancellation Policy
1. Program Overview Soul Alignment Mastery is a 12-month program designed to support deep spiritual alignment and transformation through monthly one-on-one sessions, intuitive insights, and personalized practices. 2. Payment Full payment or a pre-approved payment plan must be arranged before the program begins. Payments are non-refundable once the program has started. 3. Scheduling and Rescheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance on a monthly basis. Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. 4. Client Commitment Active participation and engagement with exercises and practices are essential to achieving the best results. Outcomes depend on the client’s willingness to integrate insights and recommendations into their life. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during the program is confidential. Program materials and session content may not be recorded, shared, or reproduced without written consent. 6. Cancellations and Pauses If unforeseen circumstances arise, clients may pause the program for up to 30 days with prior written notice. Failure to resume within this period results in forfeiture of remaining non-refundable sessions. 7.
